Obituary of Robert A. Beales

Age 78 of Eagan, formerly of Mendota Heights, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2021. Graduate of Johnson H.S. and Dunwoody. Bob served 24 yrs in the Army Reserves, retiring as Lt. Colonel. Also retired heavy equip. mechanic from Ft. Snelling. A Mason for 47 yrs, he was a member of Oriental Lodge #34, former member and PM of Shekinah Lodge #171, also was a member of all three St. Paul York Rite bodies. Bob enjoyed bowling, hockey, golf and was a talented DIYer. Survived by loving wife of 56 years, Georgene (Steele); children, Sheila (Kenneth) Harnack; and Brian (Timorah); grandchildren, Rebecca, Elizabeth, and Noah Harnack, Owen and Carissa Beales. Also survived by sister-in-law, Bonnie Burch, and nephews, Christopher (Noelle), and Timothy (Megan) Burch. No service scheduled.
